  • Returns/Refund of prescription medication

    • The law around prescription medication is very clear. Once your order has left the premises you have no rights to cancel it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK. Therefore, please be aware that we DO NOT accept exchange/returns/refunds for any prescription medication once the order has been processed and goods are dispatched.
    • Any medication returned to us must be correctly disposed of within 30 days.
    • You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your prescription is uploaded to the pharmacy portal to fill and despatch.

    We strive to review your prescription request within 48 working hours of submission (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Approved prescriptions will then be dispatched as follows.

    Your order will be discreetly packaged with appropriate insulated materials and shipped via Tracked and Signed Delivery. Please note that while we aim to deliver within 48 hours, this is not guaranteed.

    Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding bank holidays, unless Saturday Delivery is selected) to ensure delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed after 11am on Thursday are typically processed and dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your location.

    • UK mainland weekday delivery : £9.50 (usually a next day service once dispatched)
    • UK mainland Saturday delivery : £12.50 (cut off for booking is Friday at 10am – excludes Good Friday) and is subject to approval
    • Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man : £12.50 (Up to a two-day service once dispatched)
